I have ordered via Deliveroo about 4 times in the last month and really enjoyed the food from here. We placed our normal order which they accepted , an hour later they call saying cancel the order on Deliveroo as we make no profit from you and our drivers don?t want to drive all the way to you (we live 2 miles from them) , very rude over the phone and a shame as enjoyed the food we have had many times before, won?t order from there again.

I ordered food on the china woke app to be delivered for 8pm when I get home from work, it got delivered at 6.45pm while I was still at work. I phoned up china wok to be left on hold for 10 minutes and when I did finally speak to the woman she said "what do you want your food has been delivered" I explained i ordered it for 8pm but it has arrived at 6.45pm while I am still at work" she did not want to help me and she literally shouted at me down the phone then hung up.
I phoned back 4 times before she answered again then offered to send the driver to pick up the food and give me my money back which I agreed. The driver then phoned me saying he can't give me the money but they can put it back on my card which will take 10 days.
Never will I use this place again

Just had crispy chilli beef and sweet sour chicken balls and chips really good and proper chips only complaint is ive got belly ache because ive .eaten too much !

Phoned in to complain that my duck was pink and they said that's how it's is supposed to be but when I search online it says duck must be cooked until not pink. I told her this and she said "it maybe probably might be okay" wow no offer of a replacement or anything

Cancelled my £18 order because it was under £20, even though it went through just fine on their website, then rang me with the most stinking attitude shouting and screaming not letting me get a word in, never ever trying to go there again!

This was the worst meal I have ever had from a chinese restaurant. The curry hasn't been touched and is going in the bin. The chicken balls were like they've been in the microwave.

Not going to lie it was awful and the soggiest Chinese I?ve ever had, I couldn?t even eat it and felt so annoyed I wasted £25, prawn toast was thick and squidgy, chicken balls mush, chips not even good. Was so annoyed they need to step up their game

Ordered salt and pepper wings ,chicken,squid and chips x2 of each ... you couldn't eat it there was that much spice in it we've been left with blisters in our mouths !!! Paid £42 ,rang and they didn't want to know said we csnt eat spicy food ( had the same 2 weeks ago and it was fine ). Hubby went back with the food and was given just £20 refund after an argument and them phoning the boss !I've never experienced anything like it .We like and enjoy spicy food from most countries but this was ridiculous.As I said had the same meal a couple of weeks ago which was spot on but god knows what happened this time

I ordered over £30 worth of food. It came super quick which is great. What wasn't was the amount of oil on my floor when I put my bag down. Also, when dishing up, oil was dripping from every container, and there was a puddle Inside the bag. Chicken balls were full of gristle, and the flavour of grease overpowered the whole thing! Couldn't eat it so threw it away. Not happy at all

Now, I've seen the other reviews and they must have been having bad days. I've been here a few times now and I can without a doubt say it's amazing. The portions are massive and the chicken must be in steroids because the chunks of chicken are massive! 100% would recommend.
