Two hour wait - to find out they didn’t start our order in the first place argued with deliveroo to cancel order - do not order from them

I have ordered via Deliveroo about 4 times in the last month and really enjoyed the food from here. We placed our normal order which they accepted , an hour later they call saying cancel the order on Deliveroo as we make no profit from you and our drivers don’t want to drive all the way to you (we live 2 miles from them)... read full comment
