Went here after dealing with some awful staff in the Shirley store.

I had to knock off a star for some prices recently. I was hoping to get a copy of stray on ps4, as Argos at 20 pound was sold out. But they only had one for 28 pound, and I didn't want to pay more for a second hand copy. Also a lack of gamecube games, as the display beneath the gamecube sign was filled with xbox games instead. They had some gamecubes behind the counter, but why not on the shelf? But it is a good size shop floor, and can accommodate more people than my local one.

Extremely bad customer service. Staff are horribly rude. I reached out to corporate who couldn't care less. I'm neurodivergant (autistic) and found the experience wholly upsetting. Witnessed others in the same boat. Terrible store, avoid at all costs.
