Went to card factory in precinct in southampton on Friday 6th June the assistant was so helpful sorting out some balloons ? for me will definitely get future balloons from there

10 out of 10 service. I visited the store on Sunday 29 September 2024 and was served by the person in charge by the name of Leeya (maybe spelt differently). She had gone out of her way to help me wrap a last minute present which was big in size, just 10 min before closing time. Exceptional service and much appreciated. Great store nice staff. Good selection of cards and anything you need for present wrapping etc, just a shame they closed the one in Portswood!
