The driver was on time, found us quickly, and got us to our destination ahead of time. My only complaint is that the app doesn?t have a way to tip the driver, as online information lead me to believe.

Awful experience with this company. We were left waiting over an hour for a pre booked taxi at Heathrow Airport with two very young children. Spent 15 minutes walking up and down the arrivals gate looking for our name and driver with 6 bags and two young and very tired children in tow. We had to call the company to find out they would be an hour late because our son's car seat we left with them on our outward journey was not collected. We would have cancelled had we not pre paid and they had our son's car seat. Communication is appalling, mistakes happen but to not update us is unacceptable. Have had previous issues with a car seat and driver from same company on a previous holiday. Will not be using again or recommending.
