Looked like 6 members of staff working. Customer service shocking. Ignored at the collection/till area for at least 5 mins until I asked for service. 3 members of staff had already walked past me at this point. It was not busy. Myself and one other family. Extremely annoyed with this place! Had to wait which you expect but the food turns up wrong and not even my order. The driver wasn’t helpful in the slightest and didn’t have a clue. Blamed the restaurant. I rang the restaurant to get to hold of Lawrence the manger that wasn’t helpful either. Needs to work on his customer... read full comment

Great restaurant i just use Macdonald's more because later opening hours but the food is definitely better from Burger
