luke warm burger for my partner and myself , got it replaced and here's was no warmer , tables unclean , chips all over the floor , won't be going back

did not know Burger King app is actually uber as I would never have used it. food took an hour arrived cold and squashed. called helpline only to be told we do not meet the requirements for a refund and wouldn't say why. so it can be late cold and squashed flat and you are out of luck. called the burger king spoke with manager told me to refund through app there is no option for this on the app absolute joke bad attitudes all round have already deleted the app do not use it's dreadful seriously I may as well have finished £20 down the toilet if I want a microwave meal I will go to co op half the price and better service

Rare for me to post reviews but this Burger King was just plain bizarre (15/12/24).
Arrived at approx 9:15pm and ordered a soft drink, no receipt/number given from machine. Customer toilets locked, access code would have appeared on the receipt so had to ask other customers for the code. Wasn't alone with this so one chap had to share the code on his receipt with two others.
Police arrived to check out CCTV for earlier incident and walked straight through the kitchen to sit in the back room, much like Phil and Nige in Early Doors.
After waiting 10-15 minutes for a cup (self-service drinks machine), I had to ask how much longer it would take for me to pour my own drink. Gave me a cup straight away.
Once I turned to leave, a member of the kitchen staff had LOCKED THE DOOR AND PREVENTED CUSTOMERS FROM LEAVING AS THEY WERE 'AT CAPACITY'. Staff member continued to stand at the door, refusing to unlock the door to let people in or out. 10 customers all stood at the door being denied exit, again told we were 'at capacity'. Fire safety regulations surely broken? Two police officers still sat in the backroom at this point. After a bit of a stand off for 3/4 minutes, another member of the kitchen staff came and unlocked the door and let us leave..(approx 9:40pm)
Drink was flat and weak, definitely low in the syrup. Didn't bother going back in to change it, not worth the hassle of trying to access Fort Burger.

Only 1 flavour of fizzy drink was available (diet coke).
Service was slow.
Toilets were horrendous.
Touch screen ordering screen was out of use.
Burger looked like it had been launched at a wall then trodden on.
Chilli cheese bites were nice.
Chips were hot.

Very tasty food, speedy and friendly service, the restaurant did have quite a bit of litter around it but overall it was a nice experience.

Food is always dead. The drink is always luke warm. The cheese in the burger tastes like rubber and it?s so overpriced for how it tastes.

Never had a bad meal here, shame it's always seem to have seems to be empty alm the time due to location would see it thriving in a shopping centre like westquay.

Whopper Burger was Amazing the beef patty was very juicy and flame grilled perfectly. Chicken nuggets were also nice but the onion rings were little soggy.

Tables covered in old food, zero people cleaning, the burger had to be sent back stone cold, the gents toilets had a blocked cubicle with faeces overflowing above the rim, probably from a customer who just ate there.. zero cleanliness here never seen one so bad.
