I would like to express my thanks to all the staff at this branch, their concern for the customers is second to none. Even to the extent they make calls to home to check if the medications are working without any problems, this is on a regular basis which is very much appreciated. Splendid service. Many thanks, it makes you feel somebody has your back.

I called on my way to the north of England with 2 nasty insect bites. The pharmacist treated me with an antibiotic, antihistamines and hydrocortisone. Her professionalism and kindness were so appreciated as I was in a good deal of discomfort. Thank you so very much.

What amazing people!
Needed something for a burn and wasn?t quite sure what. They chatted to me and checked we had been to A&E and pharmacist came out and went through recommendations.
They didn?t have the exact thing I needed so said the other pharmacy across the road might. Told me exactly what to ask for and I got it. These days to recommend someone across the street because it?s actually the right thing to do is refreshing. Good for you!!!!

APPALLED!! My disabled partner, her sister and 2 infant nieces, verbally abused by staff who took it upon themselves to leave the store and get involved with a matter in which did not concern them. I severally suggest that someone at Boots looks into this store and who is representing your brand, if this is the type of staff that you employ then I and my family will be taking my business elsewhere.

Husband needed cream for a skin infection. None in the gp surgery, they are overwhelmed with orders. I ordered online from Boots. Delivered today, 1st working day after the order. Thank you Boots at Bishops Waltham. Also thanks to the driver who brought the package and made sure I answered the door (I am a bit deaf). The delivery cost was £5 for the rapid response but the fungal infection is spreading so needed treatment as soon as possible.

Phoned to check prescription was ready as I would be travelling to get mums tablets. All ready. Collected no problem. Fast efficient and polite.

For the third time this pharmacy has got my wife's prescription wrong. First time it was someone else's medication, then twice giving generic products instead of ones specifically requested by the doctor. Often seems disorganised and slow in there. Changing to an online delivery service now.

The staff here are brilliant and efficient, always helpful, showing you what you?re enquiring about, because the layout is a bit confusing, it doesn?t seem to flow in any obvious way, but that?ll be head office?s diktat not the local branch. They take the time to be kind, whichever pharmacist is on I?ve found to be very helpful. The staff chat to you but relevantly, and not at the expense of other customers. So fortunate to have such a great pharmacy.

Very disappointing visit to the Bishops Waltham Boots. Couldn't find what I needed hence stood behind a person who was having a social chat with the cashier. After waiting and being ignored I joined the que for the other cashier who finished serving the lady in front of me then just walked off into the pharmacy. I stood waiting yet again for the original cashier to stop taking to her friend so I could be served. They continued to gossip ignoring a paying customer, I consequently left the shop and went across to the pharmacy on the opposite side of the road where they were polite and helpful unlike Boots staff, who were rude in their manner and seemed unaware that their job was to serve people. Such a shame as the help I have received from the pharmacist has been excellent. Shop local, we do try, we'll not if this is how your treated in Bishops Waltham Boots. I would have given no stars if there was an option.

I ordered a dental product on line, I was told delivery would be within 5 working days. I went to the store and waited while 3 women who arrived after me were served? I'm a disabled pensioner and mobility and standing cause me major problems (I use crutches or a stroller). After 5 minutes I left.I was told by email that I should pick up the item from the payment desk at the entrance and not to approach the counter.Now, almost a month later I am still waiting for this shop to contact me with pick up details?Not great customer service.

In the past six weeks as a carer on assignment in Bishops Waltham, I have called on boots at least twice a week, either in person or by telephone and in all instances have found the staff pleasant and extremely helpful. Bravo Boots Bishops Waltham!
