Got nearly everything off my list. Went on a weekend, and it wasn't overly busy. Staff on self check out very friendly had a laugh with me. Very helpful ladies.
I love boots it has a bit of everything from medicine to beauty to perfume. yky never knew you wanted until you were faced with a wall of it with samples. Fantastic and yoy get your boots advantage points. Got lovely meal deals

I had a good vaccination appointment with a nice lady at the pharmacy however my journey started with me walking in and as I used to go to where they now have their NHS health section for covid vaccine, I naturally went and sat there waiting for someone to assist as shown on their sign however after a few mins this very rude tall guy with bluish eyes in blue uniforms who I hope isn't a doctor as he's too rude came to me with no hi or anything saying you're very early right!? Bear in mind it was 2.10 and my appointment was 2.15 so I said no just 5 mins, he says no it's 2.40 and insisting that he knows that without even checking my details or why I'm there like excuse me??? Then I mentioned the vaccination I came for he says that's at the pharmacy I said ok well No one said that to me he says well I said that now like again Excuse me who do you think you are????? Totally rude if you're going for any NHS related section be aware of him especially if you're already anxious before doctor related appointments like me.

My spouse and I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff was rude and completely inefficient. Despite having a prescription and no line, we had to wait for an unreasonably long time. To top it off, when we expressed our frustration, the staff suggested we take our prescription back????????. This was by far the worst service we?ve ever received at a pharmacy.

The service at this pharmacy is extremely poor. The staff is rude and nearly ineffective. Despite having a prescription and no line, you still have to wait and wait. On top of that, they?ll suggest you take your prescription back if you're dissatisfied. This is, by far, the worst service I've encountered.

I had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this store. Items were not placed correctly according to their barcodes, leading to pricing confusion, and some tills were faulty leading to staffing issues. When I questioned the pricing, the staff member I approached was dismissive, refused to help at first, and insisted I was wrong.
After asking how I could verify the correct price, I checked the items myself and found they were indeed placed in the wrong locations. Despite this, the staff member sarcastically remarked that misplaced items didn?t mean the pricing was incorrect. The lack of professionalism and respect was disappointing.
Ultimately, I decided not to purchase anything and left feeling upset by the entire experience. The store needs to improve its product organisation, ensure they are in good locations and train staff to provide better customer service.
Manager did reach out and apologise.

Would give a zero but that?s not possible. I was shouted at by the security guard for having a laugh with my partner. I then left the store in which I was given more filthy looks by the security guard. Don?t shop here go to the one on above bar street security are more understanding

Lovely lady on the Dior section of perfume. She was lovely. Then needed help on the other fragrances. Asked for a tester for a new fragrance. They didn?t have one! Told to try John Lewis and then come back and buy from boots ? Looked at others but so many had no testers. Nobody will buy a new scent without being able to test !! Sort it out boots. We didn?t bother buying. Went to The Perfume shop instead and spent £300.

The cashier threatened to cancel my student discount because he saw my dad give me money, she said it had to be my money, what kind of nonsense is this? At that time I got my money from my dad anyway? We went to another cashier on another day and my dad paid for me and there was no issue. And there shouldn't be any, it just doesn't make sense, where i get my money isnt your problem, stop making life hard for customers.

Pharmacy team are exceptionally unhelpful. They also seem to lack the ability to answer the phone at any time of day. Awful service.

I was looking for my baby's formula and this was the only Boots in stock. The shopping experience here was great and quick because it was almost empty. So if you get overwhelmed easily, I recommend you shop here. Friendly personal.
