In the pharmacy section there are the rudest two employees, an older woman and man. Both act like you are completely inconveniencing them by needing medication, they look like they ruin the other employees moods and they were so completely rude to me I walked away crying without my medication because they said me coming 20 minutes before the close (as I have a full time job) was too late, which would've been completely fine as I have worked retail before and understand but the way the went about it was actually appalling, I genuinely dread getting served by those two people but I need my medication.

Today I went to the store to buy some cosmetics. I waited by the shelves for someone to help me because the cosmetics I was interested in were premium. Finally, I went to the checkout. After 15 minutes, no one was there. A young woman approached me and asked if she could come back with me to get the cosmetics. She did, but she did it with such arrogance that I felt very uncomfortable. Her eyes and expression were awful. I went back to the checkout and waited again for someone to pay for the products. All the girls working in the store were standing around chatting and ignoring the customers I think they should have more respect for their customers.

I had a great experience at this Boots thanks to Rolan at customer service. She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to make sure I understood everything clearly. Her friendly and professional attitude really stood out, it?s not often you meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Rolan is a real credit to the team!

I'm very disappointed, I'm existing customer of your nearly one year and purchased ESTEE LAUDER products more than 06 months constantly but I had very bad experience with your staff yesterday (27.05) , I came to purchase few products but they have not helped me and ignored me , may be because of I'm not British,
One girl was there before and she is every helpfull but I have not seen her again may be resigned ,
I will not come back to this boots shop again ,

Went in to get a meal deal. Some of the products were labelled as part of the meal deal, but upon going to the checkout, no saving was applied. Questioned the till assistant - she didn't know - so we had to wait 10 minutes for another member of staff to check the shelf to see where the issue lay. This staff member removed the green meal deal strip from the shelf and acted as though we were in the wrong for trying to purchase from a range that *they* had put on meal deal shelves. It felt very dishonest and disadvantaged us as the customers. Surely, if a label is present, with the green strip and asterisk to mark a meal deal product, it should be part of the meal deal? Upon questioning it further, the staff generally acted as though we were making it up and no action was taken to support us as the customers. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and honesty when it was the store's error.

I?m really not impressed with the pharmacy you can do all the upgrades, get new staff in but the level of service has gone down hill. Twice this year my carer has gone in there to be told my medication is either not in stock and would be deliveries on such and such date go in that day to be told oh it will be tomorrow. Today he went in there being point blank lied too that the GP never sent the prescription when I can clearly see my end my prescriptions were sent to them weeks ago and a new one was issued for the 9th June and then don?t run out till the 16th June. Told him to call 111 for an emergency supply I shouldn?t have to do that! When my pharmacy should know I need an emergency prescription otherwise my antidepressant withdrawal kicks in and I feel very unwell. I told them that last time I went in when I had this issue and the pharmacy didn?t care they did not care they could clearly see I was very unwell and her response was nothing we can do you can call your Drs to issue another prescription but if it?s out of stock here it?s out of stock everywhere. It?s not good enough the service here just isn?t good enough they don?t care about patients anymore and I will be leaving boots pharmacy and going elsewhere.

I?ve been to the store a couple of times but this time I left completely embarrassed, I don?t have access to my Boots Card anymore so I usually use the number. I completely understand if there is a lot of misuse of the card but there is no need to treat a customer in the way I was treated today. The lady at the till said I should have my card or the account and I explained I no longer had access to it but I had the number and she wanted to take my phone to check the number and I was in a call so I didn?t want to hand in my phone. She started treating me like I was a criminal so I went to the pharmacy tills instead lady that helped me was lovely and they explained that I needed at least my student card for a discount, I am not a student anymore so I said that I was not a student anymore.
In summary they could have just said that it was because of the student discount and that I couldn?t have it. CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS AWFUL.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to the Lancôme store. I asked a middle-aged Chinese staff member for help choosing the lightest shade of concealer. Her response was, ?You can try,? said in a very dismissive and unhelpful tone.
I proceeded to pick a shade and paid for it. A few minutes later, I returned to the counter, unsure if I received the receipt, and asked her politely. She responded loudly, saying, ?Yes, I gave it to you. 100 percent!? with clear irritation.
When I asked to exchange the shade, she refused and told me, ?I?m not with Lancôme,? despite the fact that she was the one who had helped me select the product and processed my payment just moments earlier.
This experience left me feeling deeply upset. I had asked for help because I wasn?t confident in picking the right shade by myself, but instead of receiving assistance, I felt disrespected and dismissed.
As an Asian woman myself, being treated this way by another Asian staff member makes it even more disheartening. I don?t want to jump to conclusions, but I can?t help but wonder if her behavior was biased or prejudiced in some way.

DISGUSTING RACISTS..I walked into the store on 13/5/25 to buy some medicine, as an honest man of colour. I was followed immediately by the security guard. As I chose my medicine, I recorded the security guard standing next to me, using illegal racial profiling without shame. On seeing me recording his disgusting racist behaviour, he radioed for 3 extra racist employees of boots, despite my only crime being having brown skin. I went to the self service tills and paid in full for my medicine, including using my boots loyalty card. As I tried to leave the store, as an honest man of colour, I was confronted by all 4 racist employees. I informed them that racial profiling is a Crimanal Offence...They laughed at me...I showed them that I had a full receipt, had committed no crime, and everything was on their cctv cameras...They laughed at me..DISGUSTING RACISTS...They continued to insult, denigrate and humiliate me even though I had committed no crime and had my receipt in my left hand...It is all on their own cctv cameras but they don't care, because they think they are above the law..IF YOU ARE A MAN OF COLOUR THEN I RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND AN ALTERNATIVE STORE. YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL EVEN WITH YOUR RECEIPT IN YOUR HAND... DISGUSTING RACISTS...

I came in to get holiday toiletries and a new perfume to take with me, I managed to get almost everything I needed. This boots has a great selection and offers are always in stock when I come In.
However when I was looking at the perfume 3 girls were more interested in clock watching and informing each other how long they had left on the shift till they went home every few mins instead of helping customers, I had to interrupted there conversation to ask for a tester which I was told they didn't have one and they wondered off to chat to the beauty assistant. I felt uncomfortable to ask for a perfume and left, fortunately I found the perfume in the perfume shop.and £50 Cheaper.

Lift in this store has been out of order for over a month now, what?s upstairs? The baby items, milk,bottles, nappies, clothes etc!!! How are you meant to get up 3 flights of stairs with a push chair??? No effort from staff to help and the lift is still broken a month later. No baby stuff has been moved downstairs either. Why do shops make it so hard for people with push chairs and put the baby stuff so far away.

probably one of the biggest Boots' stores i have ever come across and been in. but it has almost the same amount of stock as every other smaller store. so it feels pointless to have it quite as big as it is.
