Visited the Store in Shirley yesterday( my 1st visit to this store) , I rarely go Clothes shopping & felt awkward.... I was greeted by friendly staff saying morning & big genuine smiles , I instantly felt comfortable & relaxed, lovely clean store with calm atmosphere. The ladies ( staff) were on hand if I need help but unintrusive. I was happy to be in there looking at everything & trying lots on, I did eventually buy quite a bit. Thank you Ladies. ?

I was in your shop today and I was served by Mrs. Sandra Wallet. I asked her name because she was so nice and kind that I want to buy more. The other lady at the counter had a beautiful smile too!
