Great environment. Sadly breakfast service was dire. I request poached egg on toast, waiter checked with kitchen to confirm it could be done, it was, yet I was brought smashed avocado on toast. The two tables adjacent were also brought the wrong food orders, TWICE!! My food finally arrived after the rest of my party had finished eating, so I sent it back. My friends poached eggs were all slightly undercooked with snotty whites. However give them their due, they took 2 hot drinks off the bill and the optional service charge and honoured blue light card discount.
