Extremely positive client experience. I went there to buy a bike not knowingly anything about bikes. Ash from the bike repair section explained me the difference between some bikes and which one was best suited for my activities, he assembled one so that I could get on it and get a feel and later was extremely helpful while I was paying, waiting for me to finish my Klarna account to pay in installments (I should have done that before coming to the store) and explaining me my questions.
He really made my day.”

“Went into Halfords Hedge End to enquire about roof rails & boxes. We were very fortunate to speak to Jon who clearly knew his stuff. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Even offered us to come back in at a later date to make sure we fitted it all okay. Been a long time since had such an excellent customer care ??”

Use the fishing store section which i like but the lay out could be better and there were lots of empty spaces, it would be good to have seen the shelves being restocked. As ever the staff were polite and helpful.”

“Nicola is a credit to the team she helped me get sunglasses out Of the cabinet. However when she was assisting me a supervisor called Kim had an unacceptable attitude all because she didn’t have a radio when I asked Nicola she said her duty manager was getting here a radio. But Kim wasent standing anything for it and she needs a disciplinary or some action to be taken against her as you do not treat workers like that no matter what if your having a bad day or not especially doing this in front of a customer.”
