I have been letting my flat through Belvoir Southampton for more than five years and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from them. Their Full Management package does exactly what it says on the tin, the team are always courteous, attentive and efficient, and their fees are in line with or better than current market rates. I would confidently recommend Belvoir Southampton every time.

Dear Loretto,Thank you for your response. While I understand the clarification on the holding deposit, my low rating stems from poor and delayed communication. I had emphasized the urgency of my move-in, yet there were inaccuracies and frequent agent changes. The day of check-in revealed mistakes on Belvoir's part, causing significant inconvenience. I've been renting with Belvoir for over 7 years and they are always very responsive to issues. I recently reported a heating issue on the Friday night and had it resolved on the Saturday morning. Thanks again for sorting this out so quickly.

If only I could leave 0 stars. They played 'dirty' and tried to take all our deposit and never responded to our requests during tenancy. I would not use Belvoir if you can avoid it. They charged for an oven and carpet clean which was by no means necessary and had no evidence to suggest why it was needed.

Tried to view an apartment for sale by this agent,never got chance to view.Either they never turned up or never answered the calls and messages.After chasing them for a month eventually I did get chance to view the flat just to hear that, it was under offer already. Such a waste of time....unprofessional service...

I want to say a big thank you to the Belvoir Team & Gwen for helping my partner and I rent a lovely 1-bedroom flat in such a short space of time. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally and they were easy to communicate with the whole time.It has been our first month in our new home and we are so happy with the place, no problems with anything! We also received a cute Welcome Box of goodies from Belvoir on our move-in day, I absolutely loved the thought that was put in to that. Thank you!

I have used Belvoir as letting agents since 2014 and have been extremely happy with their service. They give a personal service, making me feel I am not just a number in their books. All the staff have always been very quick at dealing with correspondence, are friendly and professional, and sorted out any problems straight away. I would thoroughly recommend Belvoir, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As a new owner of a flat, I trusted Lorretto and Gwen at Belvoir to find the perfect tenants who would be happy in the property. They guided me through the purchase process and in finding the perfect residents. As a first time renter, all of the team at Belvoir made the process very simple for me.Every enquiry was responded to quickly and with the detail required.Special thanks to Carys who must have got fed up with my questions, but she always responded quickly and professionally.Every member of the team I interacted with was great, even the maintenance man who had to come out and deal with a couple of minor niggles.All round 5* service and I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent service in managing my property over the past several years. The tenants were well looked after, the property was well maintained, and there were almost no days when the property was vacant over the years.
