Donna was fantastic, really going above and beyond in service and engaging with our little girl. Dave was also really good with her. Thanks it made a great start to our holiday!

Went to Balmoral for breakfast and we had the full English breakfast. The bacon was like leather the sausages were tasteless and everything on my plate was cold and we were very disappointed

The place was dead, staff took ages to take food and drink orders as they were no where to be seen. For the price of the food I expected better quality. The 2 chicken breasts looked they were found on a pigeon. Will not be going back again. Definitely not value for money
