Recently I had to go into Bassett Pharmacy to see if they had something for some spots on my forehead that had come up overnight. The pharmacist was called for and she advised that it looked like shingles and should be treated quickly as some were near my eye. I went to the walk-in clinic and had antiviral prescribed. Had I not seen the pharmacist, I would have had much worse symptoms (bad enough even with antivirals) and potentially issues with my eyes.Generally service very good

This pharmacy has greatly improved from previous ownership. I went to get some medication as was unwell, pharmacist was very helpful. I was also able to get medication, I couldn't get from my normal pharmacy. Considering swapping back to this one again now, after many years if avoiding it. Thankyou for your help!

Luckily we don't have a lot of need to use the pharmacy for medication but recent experience proves that there's a huge improvement since the new owners/management have taken over - thank goodness. Well done and good luck.

Lovely, very busy, well staffed little pharmacy. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BURGESS ROAD SURGERY! Attended here for my covid jab and was offered flu jab. Perfect. Small wait but well worth it. Very helpful man serving. Left with everything I needed. Will return here in future.

Absolutely perfect service. I called around several pharmacies for my babies prescription and all the others either said they could not get it for 24 hours or it did not exist in liquid form, which is what I needed.The male in this pharmacy was great. He ordered it for me at midday and it arrived by 5pm. He even stayed open a bit later for me, as I was stuck in traffic and could not get there before they closed. Could not fault the service at all :-)

Would give no stars if I could. Appalling customer service, only half fulfilled scripts and refused to fulfil the rest. Claimed items were discontinued when they were not.

Horrible prescription management, multiple times they?ve not fully filled the prescription and didn?t even bother giving me a return slip for the rest of the medication. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
