More like a high st shop these days that send all their good stuff to ebay & the left overs to put in the shops at ebay prices, definitely one of the worst 'charity shop' in bitterne

They had exactly what I needed and it only cost a donation. The shop has a huge range of stock, that you may not find anywhere else locally. The staff are very polite and helpful. Parking is free and only a short walk away.
