Really bad service I?ve talk to them on the phone how long will take the taxi to come to me and they told me 10 to 15 min I said ok after 15 min exactly they text me that they cancelled the job

Dreadful!
Left us standing at airport last autumn one night.
Gave them another chance, it was ok.
Then, last Wednesday, they did not turn up for my 85 year old aunt outside the Redjet in Southampton.
So....no more chances, I will always use someone else now.
Judging by comments on Fb and these reviews, they will soon have no customers at all.

Useless liars. We called a taxi early Saturday evening, which I accept this is a peak time, they said a half hour which we we're ok with. 45 mins rolls around and still nothing. A 2nd phone call to them promises the guy is around the corner and shouldn't be more than a few minutes away. Another 15 mins rolls by, another phone call and this time they say he's already turned up, tried to contact us and left. Where in fact, we were actually stood outside waiting for them. Abysmally unprofessional and woefully unreliable. The weather is more predictable than these clowns.

Absolutely rubbish taxi never turned up at booked time and the taxi office wouldn't answer there phone. Won't ever be using them again rubbish.

Phoned at about 17:00 for a taxi at 23:00. This was confirmed by text. At 22:09 received a call to say they could not provide the service. No alternative offered. Appalling service.

Exceptional service, my taxi came within 10 min and the driver was very polite, I highly recommend this taxi company. At first I thought it would be very bad due to the other reviews however, this has turned into the best taxi I have ever used. All you haters need to calm down.

Absolutely terrible service I asked for a taxi at 2300 and they were rude and abrupt I spoke to Al and was told no taxis were available for 5 hours won't be using them again they were not interested at all

I went to Birmingham and back and the driver was very welcoming and polite i would recommend this to everyone who goes on a long journey
