“Saturday morning, went to Barclays Bank at Above Bar in Southampton. People coming and going with normal business, a small queue existed for more complicated issues. I spoke to the lady at ‘reception’. She was a great help and set me up with a meeting with one of the advisors. Didn’t have to wait long before an advisor came and took me to her office. She was extremely helpful and informative, trying different approaches to my problem each time i raised a new condition or a new issue. No problem was too much for her. Wasn’t long before my problem was sorted. And I was ready to go …but i asked further questions and all were answered quickly, knowledgably and politely. Appreciated her advice that extended beyond my issue once she understood my particular circumstances. Many thanks to the staff there for all the help and advice and can totally recommend using their service. Again, many thanks for the excellent service”

I have been a customer of yours since 2021. I read online that the customer can only get 50 and 100 pounds at the end of this month.Is that what people with savings and old customers deserve?I often finish work late and have to take a taxi home,which is very financially draining,on top of my ongoing bus and train costs.”

“This petrol station has a cheap car wash facilities, vacuum cleaner and compressor.There is an ATM and three parking spaces. The shop sells the usual stuff such as sandwiches, soft drinks, chocolates etc.”

So was hoping all was well when I arrived I am delighted to report a much improved food and beverage department with great staff and great new menu and quality food Outstanding service and breakfast following morning was also amazing with quality and nice touches to enhance the brand standard of Hilton Was nice to see the chefs both at dinner and breakfast talking to the guests This together with the quality rooms and beautiful bedding , it’s now back to its former glory Would recommend it most definitely and I will be back soon”

“Just around the corner from me, so extremely convenient.Has Costa machine, a spray wash, scented vacuum and your usual garage stuff.Loses a star due to being on a major road that makes it hard to escape if going around rush hour”

have what I order. Very handy for fresh fruit and veg on Monday as some things are reduced in price. I have been very happy with Asda West End. Thanks”

“The member of staff I saw on my last visit here was very very helpful and pleasent, I'm unsure of his name but he looked in his twenties. Extremely helpful and seemed that he actually gives a s*** unlike many other similar establishments. I have to say though since the past near-on 20 years this convenience store has changed ownership so many times that I cannot count. Also just one main problem, the store gets their deliveries on a Friday and a Monday only so if they run out of a product on the Monday then you have to wait :- Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday and also Friday and then hope that someone actually re-ordered your item (Not Good).
