I took my daughter £150 fake fur coat with a satin lining. I was nervous but it had to be cleaned. They did a beautiful job, I was very pleased and would higly recommend them.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Inefficient and horrible customer service. They charged me 30 pounds to dry clean a suit and when I queried about the same spots that I brought it in for, they rudely dismissed me and still charged me fully!

Tried this place once for few results if even. Very bad quality cleaning and overpriced. The staff is gentle and polite but undertrained and unprofessional. They didn't ever tried to contact me when my stuff was done, always needed to check by myself (they had my contact). Don't ever bring your stuff if harshly stained: it's not sure that it will be clean afterwards (I brought there some clothes stained to be informed afterwards that it couldn't be cleaned, no refund).I'd not advise anyone to choose this cleaner.

!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible service is an understatement, and it lies firmly at the feet of Andy Johnston the director for not giving his lovely staff the appropriate training they require for the tasks asked of them. Which in turn led to an expensive Moschino garment being ruined due to being washed at the wrong temperature and the colours bleeding into one another. Lacking in integrity Andy of course absolved himself of all responsibilities. Unfortunately, this is not the first occasion that I have been massively let down by this company. Please do not make the same mistake I did in giving them the benefit of doubt as you will live to regret it!!!

Used this place regularly and never had issues with them doing my washing by load or dry cleaning but this time the clothes I had washed by the load weren?t folded nice when put back in the bag and now they are just really creased. Never had it like this before

Very friendly and accommodating staff and very helpful too. No masks are needed while you wait for your wash to be done which is a welcome relief. New washing machines have recently been installed.

Used this place regularly and never had issues with them doing my washing by load or dry cleaning but this time the clothes I had washed by the load weren?t folded nice when put back in the bag and now they are just really creased. Never had it like this before
