First time with them, I sent in a pair of jeans to get hemmed and a 100% wool jumper to be cleaned. Jeans came out beautifully, however wool jumper had some issues, as it shrunk slightly in the wash, and it felt crusty (due to the condensing of the fabric). (Will attach photos soon)They took it back and fixed it by steaming and stretching it slightly in all areas. After this, the jumper was back to just as how I remembered it. All this was done in under a week. They are very professional and I can recommend them. The staff there are very friendly and understanding of my situation.Services: Laundry wash & fold

Put a jacket and trousers in for cleaning. Jacket was returned in the same state as I'd dropped it off. The trousers I think had only been pressed and were creased. £18.50 for nothing. I have a high bar pressure steamer so redid both garments myself using a powder spray dry cleaning agent from amazon. I phoned to complain. Was told 'the manager' would ring me. That was a week ago. Still waiting. The garments were for my now husband to wear at our wedding. Will never darken their door again

Absolute daylight robbery. As a member of the armed forces, I took my uniform in to get some of my flashes(patches) sewn on. I was extremely shocked to to find out that they were charging £11 per flash. This is an Absolutely extortionate rate. Considering that you can get a 27 pack of 100m sewing thread for around £10 online. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand labour cost, but it would only take roughly 5 minute at max to sew each flash on. I also understand Mark up and this is actual theft. Not to mention that the seamstress is also only in the shop for 2 hours per day, and I literally had to take time off work in order to be there when she was available. If I could give Zero Stars I would! Absolutely disgusting! Sort you lives out!

Got my suit dry cleaned here which had some makeup stains. They did a great job and was done quickly. It's quite expensive but from what I understand I paid pretty much the going rate.

Recently had two pairs of curtains altered. The tailor did a fantastic job and although we were advised it might take a week, the curtains were ready the next day. Thanks for the superb service.Service: Alterations

I tried the shirt cleaning service a few times. It's simply not worth it. The shirts are not well cleaned and ironed. Is not a professional service. Once they also stained of my shirts and they didn't really care. I guess errors could happen but not even an excuse or acknowledgement?

Only came in to shorten a dress and was charged £30!!! The staff was fairly rude. Was told they could steam it for me which was also not done. Don?t recommend

I visited during the week and the morning staff were amazing , did exactly what I asked for were so kind and had a lovely conversation. Kathy and Emma were very helpful and informative. Will defiantly use again as this was my first time.
