I had my wedding dress cleaned and boxes here and to say I'm delighted is an understatement. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when they say they display it in a nice box etc. But it came in a stunning box with a lace line and looks brand new. I would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs, Inefficient and horrible customer service. They charged me 30 pounds to dry clean a suit and when I queried about the same spots that I brought it in for, they rudely dismissed me and still charged me fully!Service: Organic dry cleaning

King sized feather mattress topper for laundering. Item was ready on time as promised. Able to park my car outside premises which was a big plus as topper very big.Item smells fresh and was well dried and aired.Happy with result. Charged £49.99 as it is very thick (over 4 inches thick) but knew this as website gives clear indication of prices. Cost of gas and electricity has inflated costsWill use them again

Disgusting store. Dying my white dress into blue and reject to pay the compensation. Because they say I?m lying the blue stain is not made by them. Don?t go or you will waste your time and money and have a bad experience.

This company did all the linen of the boat I work on, it was a big job. The manager was extremely rude over the phone. Once I receive the laundry it was all fine but they do not know how to fold any of the sheets/ duvet covers correctly. After my bussness spend well over 2,000 pounds I had to fold everything and they did not even tag the bags I had to spend 2 days sorting it all out again. Do not recommend this business to any yacht coming to this town. The employees are very nice but the manager has a terrible attitude. I had better services in Antigua and all over the Caribbean.Service: Delivery

I had a total of 9 duvets including a couple of mattress toppers cleaned.The whole process was easy and straight forward using the collection and delivery service and the duvets have been returned in individual bags ( great for storage) .I will certainly be using your services again- keep up the good work !!

One time I forgot to pick up my bridesmaids dress for a wedding which was being cleaned and steamed, by the time I remembered they had closed! I called a different branch which still happened to have someone on site, and they kindly rang around to find a driver to open up the St. Mary's site and let me go to collect my dress, they really went the extra mile! So very grateful!

Inconsistent pricing. Went in and challenged the price. Charged an extra £15 more than normal. Staff couldn?t assist as no manager available. Will not be using again. Poor customer service.
