Saturday 9 August, went in to pick up a couple of bits. We were queuing at a til. There were people using the self serve tils and people queuing at the cigarette counter.
People at self serve had an issue, nobody came to help them. The lady (Jane) who was serving our line had to get up and go and help, and then come back to continue to serve us.
Either they don?t have enough staff, or don?t have enough staff who want to work. A couple of assistants wandered over after Jane had finished sorting it all out, but they certainly weren?t rushing.
Perhaps the store manager should clone Jane, at least the customers would be helped.

the staff working on this very rude in order to be able to take over an order already made online I had to explain a lot of things and very high demands from the staff the items in the store are low and if you look very closely there is very great negligence I do not recommend this store I prefer to go further than go in to buy from here

Rude staff, place doesn't have much in stock.
Only reason they're open is most people living in W/E obviously can't be bothered to go elsewhere.

I find this Asda brilliant for day to day shopping I have it delivered and they always seem to
have what I order. Very handy for fresh fruit and veg on Monday as some things are reduced in price. I have been very happy with Asda West End. Thanks

Good stock for a smallish supermarket

This is a smaller store, more than basics good parking in their own car park, I think two hours parking

Very rude personal, two ladies chatting between each other while people waiting, unfortunately couldn?t see their badges, it was 23/jan/2025 evening. It wasn?t first time they behave this way, hope Asda direction note these moments. Tanks

Easy to park and good choice of foods

Don't browse too long.... Parking seems to be limited to one and a half hours and your car will be photographed coming in and going out, regardless. £100 fine. This is not fine with me. I don't read outdoor notices in detail when I drive in on a twisted one way entrance. I have yet to understand how I was singled out .... Was it the tell-tell Scottish saltire on my numberplate. It will be many a day before I can justify another visit and just when I was becoming a regular. Used to be three hours.

Smaller than your usual massive Asda, like the size of the bitterne Sainsbury's instead

This Asda shop could have had potential as it is half a decent size, however it is let down by probably being run by Grandma Betty who is stuck in the 1970s when food was all bland and tasteless, I challenge anybody to try and cook up a good tasty meal with the basic ingredients in this shop if you are lucky enough to find something on the shelf
