Went to collect a patio table and chairs today. The lady who served me was called Zoe. She was no help whatsoever! I had to take a 14kg patio glass table to my car on my own and tried getting it in the boot! Then I came back to collect the 4 chairs but I only could manage 2 at a time as was heavy ! So had to do three trips to my car!! Not once did I get any help to take them to my car. I said that there?s usually a helpful man who helps take things to the car but was told they were all dealing with a large delivery!

The staff makes a lot of mistakes, they mix up orders. Today they didn't want to give me back my parcel, which had my name on it, because the old lady didn't agree with the order number, she said she wouldn't serve me again and that I should never order anything else from Argos... I wonder what her boss thinks about this, she must be confused about something.

The women staff who served me today are absolutely useless. Ordered 2 huge things that have massive stickers all over stating minimum 2 person to carry. They refused to help get it to my car. Didn?t have a trolley to help. Luckily for me a member of the public helped me. Absolute morons here.

Small Argos inside Sainsbury's Bitterne store. Best to check online first whether they have item in stock, but would be there for pick up next day.

After years and years of being a faithful loyal customer now disappointed, point of sale advertising same product under two different Argos numbers at two different prices, with a £50 difference, inaction from Staff resulted in phone calls by myself to their Customer Service Team, a week has now passed and still no promised return response, such a shame I have to shop elsewhere now.

Service here not bad but queues can be bad.Product selection ok and pricing ok. It's not a nice look and feel in store always feels quite oppressive in this store for some reason.
