I live in potters court only been here 8 months they had many issues from bullying to theft not once but twice1st one sent Messages resident asking for money2nd 2 careers have Stole money and run offCQC report states run for the hills needs improvements lots of good staff walked out as to poor ConditionsHas made it in the National paper and much more to come if I could I would give it -50 they are the worst company in the care Industry

Member of your staff incredibly rude in Sainsburys Today. Had a Apex lanyard on and if she is representing you then you should think about who you employ.Reply - Thanks for your reply. This is not a slant in your company and how much work carers do. I think they do an incredible job for usually a very nominal wage. However, a member of your staff still has a right to act with manners if they are wearing your company logo in public. I will remove this posting on assurance you will seek to remind you employees who wear your uniform in public that they are representing you.
