Overall a nice place and well situated.
The cocktails were really nice and then I ordered a bowl of nachos which is when it all went downhill.
They were ready within a couple of minutes indicating that they were preprepared. Then they were left sitting on the countertop for 5 minutes despite numerous staff standing around talking.
Unfortunately they were soggy, the cheese that I could find was tasteless and hard, the bowl was packed out under the top layer with vile, pink things that were inedible and most importantly, I was up all night vomiting and other gastrointestinal issues.

Ordered via uber a full breakfast and what was delivered was all burnt I was shocked as eaten in the restaurant and never had a bad meal so I wouldn?t order for takeaway again

I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant while trying to book a reservation for my birthday. The level of disrespect I encountered from the manager was astounding.
Initially, I was told that I only needed to pay a deposit if my reservation exceeded 20 people, so I went ahead and secured the table. However, just four days later, when I called to check on the timing, I was informed they had added an extra hour to my reservation without any prior notice.
To make matters worse, the manager contradicted himself by saying they had started charging deposits from the previous Friday, despite my booking being made on Tuesday. Then he claimed that this new policy would begin in November. When I pointed this out, he shifted the blame onto the staff member for not knowing about the deposit requirement. Why should I be penalized for their lack of communication?
I ultimately had to cancel my reservation because I refused to pay a £200 deposit that had not been mentioned during the initial booking process. The manager?s lack of respect for customers is unacceptable.
Additionally, the restaurant itself is dirty and poorly maintained.
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you value honest and respectful service. It's a frustrating experience all around?**stay away from this place!**

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant while trying to book a reservation for my birthday. From the start, the service was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Then he claimed that this rule would only take effect in November. After that, he blamed the staff member for not knowing about the policy. Why should I have to pay for their mistake?
I was forced to cancel the reservation because I wasn?t willing to pay a £200 deposit that hadn?t been mentioned before, especially after having cut back on some guests to avoid that fee. The lack of transparency and respect towards customers is alarming.
Moreover, the restaurant itself is dirty and lacks hygiene!
I definitely do not recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking respectful and honest service. A very frustrating experience! **Do not frequent this place!**

I have visited the venue more than 8 times. Always fantastic! Very good service, friendly and helpful staff, food is tasty, cocktails are one of the best in Southampton and offers are too good to resist. My family and many friends followed my recommendations and are already on. ?
