“I joined Bluebird Care in 2015 when it was then Fareham and Gosport franchise.I worked as a carer and live in carer for a year before being promoted to an office position as Care coordinator.I worked within this role for 2 years before the franchise split and I chose to work for Bluebird Care Gosport franchise out of pure convenience as the new office was 2 minutes from where I lived.I continued my Bluebird Care journey here until January 2021 when I decided I needed a move.I saw Fareham were advertising and applied for Coordinator. I was successful at interview and have spent the last 10 months thoroughly enjoying my role here.The team is by far the best team I have ever worked for, everyone is in it together and always there to help in times of need.The director Gabi is more than a director she treats you like her family. She knows more about you than you think and this goes for all her team.She's the wisest, loyal caring boss I have ever had the pleasure to work for. I can honestly say I admire all she does for everyone from carers and there families, customers and there families and her own family.
