From initial contact to the consistently wonderful care that is provided we have met with truly excellent care, compassion and professionalism.The care manager comes to assess the individual and then provides care for a few days to thoroughly assess the care needs and writes a full care plan.I have not come across this before and encourage all companies to do the same.
