I ordered some fabric from Ralston, unfortunately there had been a mix up and I received someone else's order, I called them, they apologised, sent my fabric out immediately (received the next day) and would have been happy for me to keep the mixed up order since it was their mistake, however I have been so impressed with the fabric I bought, the mix up fabric and the way they handled the issue that I have bought the other fabric too....really excellent customer service in a world where often it is sooooo lacking...well done Ralston I'll definitely be back!
