Good range of fresh meat and vegetables, and they stock most of the basics should you find you've run out of something mid cook, which has happened to me. Good modern freezers, well stocked, great wine and beer selection at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff too. Kept us going during Covid. Maybe a negative is parking in Rowlands Castle as the shop is located just by the railway bridge and a junction, so it's a bit congested.”
