Ordered building materials, did not arrive the day they were booked for apparently the delivery lorry had issues (fine) then the following day rang to ask an eta for delivery and was told they couldn't tell me . Called again 12.30pm again for an eta .to be told they had brought in an agency lorry , and it would be sometime...

Excellent service over the phone by Tom. I couldn't pick my goods up during opening hours so I was told where they would be left for me to collect, he even ensured the timber was cut to my required size for no extra cost. The best builders merchants around. Highly recommend!

Always brilliant to be at Travis. All staff are extremely helpful. But Vinnie in the warehouse is always on the hand to assist and advice. Amazing customer service. keep up the great work!
