This experience set us on a quest to stay in more Coaching Inn Group hotels. We?ve since been to those in Romsey and Welshpool.
Rooms: Well upgraded except they need proper double glazing.

Great place for a catchup and coffee. Regularly use this place when meeting up with friends. Excellent service and location.
Nearby activities: In centre of Romsey. Convenient to shops.
Walkability: Easy access walking from car park and to local shops
Food & drinks: This time met a Friend for coffee and toast.And catchup. Never hurried here. Have in the past been for meals and Group catchup. Always great service. Great atmosphere.

Just had a spontaneous dinner for a Sunday evening. Great standard for a late roast and both plates executed superbly. Faultless. One of the best places around which often gets overlooked imo. Always friendly staff and atmosphere just lovely.

We had an absolutely fantastic Sunday lunch at this lovely hotel. It was beautifully presented & delicious. The service was excellent. It was faultless. We will definitely be dining there again.

We stayed one night at The White Horse and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the food was good quality, tasty and well cooked. The building has an interesting history and it is situated right in the middle of the town so extremely convenient for local amenities and places of interest.

Rooms: We were in room 403 which was described as "superior" but was very small. It did have bathrobes and slippers and a balcony that would have been nice in the summer but I think it's a standard room during winter months!
It was clean and the shower was good.

We visited here for 1 night, 25th January, and we stayed in room 108. The staff were super friendly, showing us to our room and recommending us dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and very smart looking. Would highly recommend staying here, we're already talking about returning here later in the year!

Went for Sunday lunch with friends, one of whom is gluten intolerant. The waiting staff were really flexible in offering gluten free options within dishes that were not marked as having gluten free options. The chef produced really tasty gluten free bread and Yorkshire pudding. Kudos to them

A Hidden Gem with Six-Star Service
This hotel is a true find! The location is absolutely perfect, nestled in the heart of a charming and quaint town. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service ? it honestly felt like I was staying in a six-star London hotel.
MY room was beautifully appointed with every detail carefully considered. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a comfortable and luxurious space. And the breakfast? Forget tired buffets! Here, you order off a menu and are treated to a truly delicious and satisfying start to the day.
Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service and a beautiful setting, look no further. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay.

The White Horse Hotel did us proud for our wedding in October. Susanna and Heather on site and Rima in head office were consistently helpful and everything went perfectly on the day. We chose the "fairytale" package which was very good value. The food was excellent and particularly plentiful in the evening buffet. The "penthouse" honeymoon suite for our first night was very spacious and well furnished. It's just a shame we didn't spent more than one night in it. But some of our guests booked extra nights while they were there, which is a good recommendation.

As a wedding photographer, I always enjoy working at The White Horse Hotel in Romsey. It?s such a lovely venue with a perfect blend of rustic charm and unique decor that adds so much character to wedding portraits.
