Unapproachable staff that when asked for help they look at you vacantly. They have no product knowledge and just come across quite rude.
I will never go back there!

The Pharmacy didn't seem to have heard of medical grade Manuka Honey (Activon). They suggested I went to Holland and Barrett!!!
However the shop itself adds stars and is far superior to Boots in presentation and service. Their general stock choice is vast in comparison.

Really suffering with sudden onset uti as well as having covid. After Boots saying no to help I went to Superdrug in tears and the lovely guy sorted me out with anti biotics. Thank you sooooo much xxx

I often shop here. Great range. Always full. Organised shop. But today I spoke with a lady who I wish I took the name of. I told her that I needed advice for my face and what to use for eyes and face for my needs- she was straight to the point recommending items and told me what they do plus the Superdrug policy. Absolute superstar, I used them tonight and can already notice the difference compared to what I have personally chosen before. So thank you to the pretty lady with dark hair who advised me on a Superdrug own eye cream and a cerave face cream

The pharmacist here is a charming man - friendly, polite and professional, as always. Prefer to go here for jabs and today for some advice when having to wait for a GP appointment for my daughter. His colleagues also deserve a mention as friendly and efficient.

I went into the pharmacy to buy some pain tablets for my back and yes I was in pain but the pharmacist made slanderous remarks that I?d recently bought these tablets on a regular basis which was not true even without evidence to suggest otherwise and the customer being always right but he wouldn?t serve me, bad customer interaction, terrible service, slanderous remarks and a lying pharmacist

It's Superdrug so really you know what you are getting before you enter the doors. The staff are great and the store clean and uncluttered, I could to without the offers on the front till, that could just be me though!
