Be aware that ?closing time? means when the staff walk out. They?ve actually stopped working and cleared away the ingredients quite some time before this? Very poor customer service.

Hats off to the young lady working behind the counter today. Was the start of the lunch rush and she might as well have been there by herself. Her manager was unable to multitask, slow and very abrupt. Well done to the young lady today who absolutely bossed it!

The foreign woman is honestly the worst worker i have ever met. Even her own staff have told me they hate working with her and have actually moved since then. She is rude, obnoxious and unbearable. Also subways new menu of not allowing any flexibility with salad items is awful. Bunch of crooks

The foreign worker, who says I had to have off the set menu and could not remove any items, it has to be everything on the list. So didn't end up getting nothing. Not the first problems here. Won't ever be using again.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the lady that served me just now. Made me wait while she was on the phone and she couldn?t even apologise for keeping me waiting. I mistakenly ordered a 6? but wanted a foot long which I apologised for and she said something under her breath which I couldn?t understand. Once I paid for the food she didn?t say anything and walked off and went to the next customer.

Went here at 9.30 to be " greeted" and I use the word very lightly by a peed off girl who abruptly informed me they weren't open yet, even tho she was prepping. I politely asked when she would be open and was aggressively told " I dunno". Being in customer service myself this was an unpleasant and disgusting interaction.

The attitude of the man serving was abominable. Sooo rude! When we turned up he said angrily ?For goodness sake I can never clean? then he stamped angrily around & made the sandwiches slumping the food into the baguettes. He didn?t cut the baguettes properly. This took place at 4pm 24/9/22
