Wow.made the mistake of switching eye providers.thought id try specsavers.big mistake.took 3 wks to get my prescription back.when i went in today to collect my bifocals i was met by a woman who was utterly vile.bad tempered who obviously didnt want to be at work.must have been on her monthly cause her manner was awful.take a leaf out of my book.i shall be going back to cheerful torri and the gang at ROMSEY EYECARE nxt year.see ya soon.me and nikki must have had the same woman.?

Everything was perfect until 2 weeks after collecting my glasses, I was having problems with them.. returned to store to explain and ask advice, only to be bellowed at by the woman behind the desk in front of other customers being told I needed different glasses.. She didn't know me, or my history but continued bellowing at me repeating herself.. safe to say I'll be popping over to Boots next time and won't be returning to Specsavers! Aftercare is awful.

The Service given at Specsavers Romsey is beyond outstanding and should be acknowledged. I twice went in without an appointment and on both occasions my experience was excellent all of the staff there were gracious with a particular mention of David who gave exceptional customer service not often seen these days - Welldone Specsavers

I visited Specsavers in Romsey recently. I had booked an appointment online which was very easy to do. When I arrived i got a friendly welcome and was asked what i needed from this visit. I needed Safety eye wear as well as an eye test and new glasses for reading and computer work. there are vouchers available for safety eye wear and glasses for use in the work place. I strongly recommend these as I saved 70% of the cost of reading and computer glasses. the safety eyewear is Free!
The staff were very polite and helpful. they made sure I got what I needed and every penny of discount the vouchers allowed. £200 for 2 pairs of glasses became £100 with the BOGOF offer. and the vouchers took that down to £30. What is not to like!
I highly recommend Romsey Specsavers as they could not have done more to help with my requirements. I am now looking forward to picking up my new eyewear in the near future. Make sure you look into the vouchers for eyewear from your employer.
