Absolutely awful!Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!As a disabled old aged pensioner I wish to complain in the strongest possible terms about the way the man in this shop treated me.I was sold a pair of laces that were too long and they wouldn't exchange them because I had opened the packet!I could have tripped over and broken my neck and they could not have cared less.I have complained to the manufacturer about their appaling service and total lack of goodwill.No wonder we are losing shops on the high street

Consistently rude, unfriendly staff that don't even have the courtesy to smile or say hello on entry. Will definitely not return.
