Rude woman on the desk refused to give my my order, then another member of staff went down who made the order and they still refused because we didn?t have the payment card or id, I don?t carry id nor have access to said card. We spend thousands every week and have never had a problem, just with this rude woman with an attitude problem and a tiny bit of power

The staff in this store are very helpful. The battery for my Titan Strimmer died after just under a year since purchase. I explained this and the supervisor Carl, without hesitation offered to replace not only the battery, but an entirely new unit in its unopened box! You cannot beat that kind of customer service. Thank you.

Always happy and helpful , very patient as often I?m not sure exactly what I want lol , 95% of what I need is on the shelf which is shocking considering the smaller scale .. if anything not available then next day is never a problem for them .. and to be fair if I was more organised the rare occasion wouldn't be a problem , prices are very competitive and staff go the extra mile .. will always be my depot of choice

I mean I not going to get super excited about Scewfix! I don't wake up Saturday morning with a total urge to visit and not to be able to relax until I have!
But if you have some diy that needs doing and find you need some wood glue, screws, wood, tools etc then this is the place to head.
The staff are helpful and offer good advice, at times I have really asked some mad questions (I'm involved in theatre and make props) and they seem to enjoy helping whatever I ask.
Plenty of customer parking right out the front.
All in all a great shop that truly does exactly what you need it to.

Great store, wide range of products as typical for a Screwfix. When ordering ahead online through click and collect the orders are packed and available quickly (often within a couple hours).Note that Google Maps often moves the location pin close to the entrance of the industrial estate, it's not there! It's further up in the same area as A2Sea, not opposite Howdens!
