I popped in for 2 bulbs and have never been spoken to like this before The man I spoke to was so rude & nasty shouting at me that 1 bulb isnt made anymore & he would bin it for me I said no & he got nasty still shouting me,if this is how he treats people Im surprised he still has a job. as it is I went to another hardware shop & got said bulb no problem & staff there were very nice. I wont be going back into this shop for anything.

Handy shop with a lot of odd bits and bobs for round the home. Prices aren?t too bad. reason for the poor review is the rude man working behind the counter. Twice I have seen him be very arrogant to the elderly customers in the store. I was applaud at his behaviour

the staff at Romsey hardware are excellent when it comes to customer service they go out of there way to making the customer feel valued and they go above and behind to get the customers needs meet
