DISAPPOINTING : First the good thing, customer service good, attentive, polite, friendly.Not so good the "pancake rolls", ... as I was hungry prior 2 seeing "The Addams family" @ the Plaza Theatre, just up the road. I thought, I'll give Rickshaw a go. Sadly, very disappointing. Although, the pancakes were nice & crispy ; in the core of the pancake it was COLD [in both of them], which put me off big time. I would have gone back 4 a takeaway, but knowing that the meat & prawns were not cooked, put me off. Someone needs 2 supervise the cooking of items 4 sale 2 the customers or they might end up being sued 4 food poisoning... such a shame.

Probably the worst takeaway in Romsey. It's the only one on Just Eat, and they are super quick to deliver. But that's where the positives end.Just use Jade House and the Mandarin Chef for your Chinese takeaway needs, what's the point of the convenience of this takeaway when the food is so poor.

Well not sure where to start..... Will keep it short and sweet..... Food is awful, I have never had a worse Chinese, The food was not tasty at all, came in a plastic bag that was sweaty and wet all inside, every dish had a funny taste to it, almost like you are going to be I'll from it afterwards. The rice was very salty and bland, curry sauce was OK but when left for 10mins came out like a lump of jelly......disgusting...... Spring rolls, tastless and no real filling in them. Overall I would avoid this takeaway at all costs and I will never order from them again. Not a happy chappy here!!!

The crispy duck was very soggy and fatty, the chilli salted chips were also very soggy, the spring rolls were free alongside the order so can't complain too much and they were OK but definitely not fresh. Battered sausage was average taste, everything else was poor and definitely not worth £27

The worst Chinese I have ever had. The Duck which I paid £11 for was all fat. No meat at all and was absolutely disgusting. If you want a nice Chinese order from the Mandarin Chef. I would not recommend. And they would not even give me my money back. Oh it was stone cold.

I will never order from this takeaway again. I ordered via the Just eat app and was delivered in good time. My 9 year old loves aromatic crispy duck. But there was no duck it was all fat and so disgusting. It was also stone cold. I rang the takeaway to tell them that I wasn?t happy and they said they would refund me and I needed to do this via Just eat. Contacted just eat and they said they spoken to the rickshaw and I wasn?t getting a refund. The food here is just awful and if I want a Chinese I would highly recommend the Mandarin Chef, Romsey.

Oh my word.... Rickshaw you really surpassed yourself this evening!!!! Satay sauce to die for!! All food DELICIOUS ? AND delivered to Sherfield English within 20 minutes!! Please don't look at late night reviews just try for yourself really don't think you'll be disappointed.

They delivered our food within 20 minutes of us ordering. Most delicious but the sweet and sour sauce wasn't great (only good I'd say) though.

Ordered a takeaway from here last night and it was probably the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had. The best bits (and I use the word best loosely) where the egg fried rice but there didn't seem to be any egg. The chow mein was tasteless and consisted of a few bits of chicken, noodles and nothing else. For the rest, the crispy chilli beef was more like incinerated beef and had more carrot than beef (the carrot was raw) it was so horrible it went into the bin. The roast duck in orange sauce was so fatty that that also went into the bin. The chicken balls where over cooked but the dogs ate them anyway. Will not be ordering from here again. The only reason that I have clicked on a star is that it wont let me post unless I do so - there does not seem to be an option for minus stars :(

I was made very very ill by this restaurant. The quality is substandard to say the least. The chicken ball chicken itself had a strange crunch to it and I don't mean the batter (That should have rung alarm bells). Hair in the rice and I was seriously ill for at least 2 weeks afterwards with food poisoning. Absolutely avoid. Such a shame as the only Chinese delivery in Romsey. Needs to be shut down. A disgrace.

Just spent £35 on a Chinese, where the food was less than adequate, they added some free mini rolls which was nice touch, but quality of food was poor, ordered spicy shredded beef, this was clearly made up with more shredded carrot ratio compared to beef.

Warning!!! What a fantastic experience ,great customer service, polite, fast delivery and hot food. rectified any mistakes that where made!! didn't need to have to reheat because it was steaming hot, I would recommend highly!!!! great chicken balls best i ever had in life!!!!

I must say when ordering for me and my friends as it was such a large quantity it came in an impressive amount of time while still being hot. However we were missing a bag of chicken balls but the customer service was impeccable and i did not feel the need to complain. Tasy! would order again
