The waitress really didn?t want to be there! No conversation or smile. Put us in back area with 2 tables of loud and screaming children so we politely and quietly asked for a table in main restaurant. She ?humfed? and said ?well you can go upstairs if you want?!!!
She then walked us upstairs and seated us behind a small wall (which was dirty). There was no atmosphere upstairs. No smiles, no conversation from the waitress and eventually another waitress had to take over because ours ?disappeared. Our bill was then lost, then locked out apparently, which took half an hour in all to unlock. By this time another much friendlier waitress had taken over. A very disappointing experience and will not be returning to Prezzo in Ringwood. Sorry

Excellent service. Great food. Even better as I downloaded a voucher and then you sent me a £10 voucher to use as well!

First visit to our local restaurant since corporate rebranding. Overall experience not as good as hitherto. Multicoloured menu and small font plus dim lighting not a good combination. Conflict between the new loyalty Club Prezzo and the 25% discount offer needs ironing out - a loyalty scheme is either for consistent use or not. 30+ minute wait for dessert after ordering.
