A mother and daughter outing that was so lovely. And the sandwiches that we had were delicious. There was plenty of tasty filling - one egg mayonnaise and one coronation chicken, and the bread was amazing. We had a great view from one of the many window seats over the market. The whole area was such a surprise to me as although I am an regular visitor, the cafe/restaurant had not registered with me, and it's big, with lots of hot choices on the menu. I shall definitely use it again.

Very disappointing light lunch of dry toasted cheese sandwich, next to no filling. My fork was dirty. The coffee was dreadful - coffee machine as you would get in car sales room. Absolutely no finesse. Price average but over-priced for the product. Such a shame as restaurant is well positioned and offers good capacity.

Called in for a coffee and decided to share a fish finger sandwich. Coffee ok not good, sandwich, stale bread and over cooked poor quality fish fingers with watered down tarter sauce. Not improved in the last year or so. Shame nice store.

We were totally charmed by this unassuming cafe next to the bus station. Delicious gelati with a range of flavours to suit everyone - amongst others, there was lemon meringue, honeycomb crumble, mint choc chip and lemon and mango sorbet. Our waiter gave the kids extra large helpings and brought me a glass of tap water when I said I didn't want anything myself. When my daughter dropped her ice cream on the ground, the kind waitress brought her another large replacement with a plate (very wisely) in case of a repeat. Delicious latte completed our entirely positive experience.

We have enjoyed their toasted cheese, tomato and onion sandwich for many years. We have been absent over the pandemic but started to venture back recently. But, the sandwich is disappointing. Something is different about the cheese and despite our efforts to find out what has changed we have failed. It?s the cheese, something has changed to its detriment for us. The cheese tastes like a spread or the cheese has been mixed with something. It no longer tastes like cheddar, but something weird. Like the restaurant but no longer for this sandwich. Also bring back the pre-Covid Mayo, the current packs are too big for one. No, my taste buds have not been affected by Covid.

We regularly visit the restaurant and are always very happy with the exceptional service and menu. However, unfortunately one of the main attractions was being able to interchange various breakfast items, one of my favourite items is fried bread which has now been removed from the menu altogether which is very disappointing. Over the years prior to lockdown we visited several times a week and now due to the changes will be reducing our visits. Bring back the fried bread!!

Me and my partner decided to try the Cafe after shopping in bradbeers shop, there was a really lovely man who seated us. A blonde woman came over and served us, was extremely rude towards us, and after deciding what to order she kept staring, and standing over us as if we were going to eat and dash. We could hear the lady talking about us to her college from inside the cafe. When she brought the food over she just slung it onto the table, no conversation, didn?t even say hello. The food was enjoyable but will definitely not be coming back?

Quite a good cafe, with selection of seating to suit all needs. We find the coffee too strong, despite asking for weak milky drinks. Tea is good, but the water leaves a mark around the cups, perhaps the water needs filtering.

Seeing the Bradbeers signage in the Corn market bought back childhood memories of being abandoned to explore in New Milton whilst un-mentionables were purchased for mother and daughter. I always wondered why my sister had great say in our bottom drawers, whilst we had no business in hers? The store is probably as I remembered it, an eclectic mix of displays of wondrous things not seen elsewhere, but they did not have a Magnetic Soap holder. The floor staff are visible and out and about maintaining good order, and are just as friendly for a chat as they were 65 years ago. Then, the accent was westphallen, now, it is a bit more slavic, but just as friendly. Long may you survive!

This small but packed department store and the attached coffee shop is well worth a visit, great service.
