In the current climate where doctors appointments are very hard to come by I thought I might be helped out by my local pharmacy as per the advice given in the media, how wrong could I have been, they are unhelpful, rude and very unprofessionalTheir saving grace is Carol, who unfortunately was not there on the day I visited

I visit this chemist every month for repeat prescription and find the staff friendly , knowledgeable and kind. They are a very busy, small chemist, servicing a large , probably older, community and I have nothing but praise for them.

I've never had a problem at all with this pharmacy. In fact theyve been great at ordering in items and keeping us updated about when they'll be in. Im really grateful to have this amenity available in the village

absolutely clueless pharmacist very rude and unhelpful and tried to pick up an urgent prescription and got sent away because she is to busy. The number of times i have been in here and she has no clue where they are, luckily the normal help is switched on.

Wanda the pharmasist is very good polite and very helpful. i find all the staff polite and helpful a very good pharmacy and we are lucky to have them close by

My partner went down there this morning was told to wait while pharmacist did something then she just looked at the script and said no because of a spelling error from reading other reviews I think this pharmacy is struggling in the village because of the pharmacist

Unhelpful to the point of being rude. Absolutely no idea how to speak pleasantly on the phone. When I went in to the store, the lady behind the counter looked up, saw me, then turned away and went to the rear of the shop. A few minutes passed before she deigned to return, obviously unwillingly, to serve me. Never a smile, a 'Good morning', or anything remotely pleasant.

Told we couldn't purchase some medication because the lady was to busy sorting out prescriptions. Never hear of anything so bizarre, you don't want our money because we are an inconvenience? Maybe if they didn't shut for lunch they would manage to get through their work? Strange thing is, the exact same thing happened to my mother yesterday who went there.

V rude lady on the phone when I phoned to enquire if they had a product in stock. Absolutely should not be customer facing, so bad it was comical .
