Great service. I realised Thursday evening I had forgotten to request my monthly prescription so put in an NHS Emergency prescription request as it will be the weekend. Great communication and an efficient service, quicker than expected with the construction currently going on in there. Parking isn't an issue either. Thank you.

Very popular for a small pharmacy but it is opposite a GP surgery. Always friendly and helpful. Normally wait around 10-20mins for prescription depending on time of day.

As usual, everyone in the pharmacy are poker faced, sad looking individuals, with not an ounce of happiness to share, either amongst themselves or with their customers.The shop was reluctantly opened at 9.00am last Thursday by a grim girl, who hardly responded to my smile and good morning wishes. What is it with you all at this chemist? I'll continue to use you because of the convenient location.Come on, count your blessings, despite probably having to deal with some awkward customers. I'm not one of them, and, mostly, folk smile with you if you show them a happy face.Thank you.

Always loved this chemist, sadly the new female chemist working there lacks any empathy or understanding of what people might be going through. To in shock realise and tell the chemist I was worried as having just noticed a tablet dosage had been changed in error by my GP that I may have now under prescribed my seriously unwell partner was met with the reply in a curt and sarcastic voice?. ?don?t you look at the instructions on the box then? You?re the carer, it?s your responsibility!? Jeez thanks for that! what a kind and compassionate reply, do you not think I know this! Yes I look at the name on the box and then I give the amount advised from the hospital sheet I?ve been given with the number of tablets and time to give! ? silly me for also assuming the GP might have given the same dosage this time as they always do! This is all so very new for me, my family is in uncharted waters and all scared for the life of our loved one! Being made to feel even worse is NOT something I would expect from a professional in this position.
