Every time I turn up it doesn't seem busy, I get served almost instantly and my coffee turns up just as quick. I've always been greeted with a friendly hello or good morning. The coffee is very good for the price which is reasonable. This place has seen some very good improvements in recent times and I must say I have noticed.

Been half a dozen times and same experience every time with cold pastries and gritty coffee. Absolutely no customer service from the Greggs team, really disappointed as this is my local.
