Advertised a free gift worth about £5 to incentive purchase, free gift not delivered, and they told me it's their policy to deny responsibility for not delivering it!! See their policy 3.6 below. They wouldn't give any money back, only credit, which is useless to me. Claimed this was because it was a free gift - but this is disingenuous because the gift is used to incentive the purchase. Then ignored my follow up question. 3.6 Any free promotional items are limited to one per order per customer. Promotional items and free gifts are subject to availability, we will not be held liable for non-delivery of a free or promotional gift.

The flower packaging was soaking wet. The vase and the candle were never delivered. On top of that, their customer service team is quite useless and couldn't even comprehend the problem. Pls avoid using them.

I must say I was really disappointed with the flowers x They were for my friend who had recently lost her husband and I wanted to brighten her day ?.. Although she was very grateful for my thought, I felt upset how the flowers appeared on delivery .I have received letterbox flowers myself from other companies and they have always appeared more healthy .Delivery was good, on time and tracked .

Flowers were beautiful I had roses and freesia which are also my late grandmother's favourite flower now I put freesia in my mothers flowers so she has also her mother's favourite flowers. Look lovely fresh and bright in colour.

Well, I did't have a good experience, I placed an order (order No. WA13588949) on the 12th March two days prior to my friends birthday 14th March, hoping that the flowers would arrive on the dayGuess what, they didn't and what really peed me off I received a email from your delivery company informing me that my, quote ,"unfortunately a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery" yeah cancel my delivery, greatSo I paid a lot of money and my present was never deliveredand guess what I'm waiting for my money to be refunded and a big apologyIf I don't get a refund I will be in touch with my bank seeing that it was paid on cardI have never been so disappointed with using on line services

Sorry, not happy. Cost me 37 quid foer a bunch of tulips. My grandsons got their mummy equally as good a bunch at the nearest garage for 6 quid! Even factoring in delivery... way too dear.
