our order of delivery was cold when it arrived and we never recieved some of our order . i phoned up amd they said they credited £10 tonthe number that we phoned off . have not recoeved anything of fhe sort . not happy amd service / delivery . will not be using dominos again . .

Rude! Missed a few phone calls for delivery in a 5 minute window. Delivery was to a hotel! Driver didn't even get out of the car to come in the hotel! Called branch, I was very polite. They just slammed the phone down on me! 2nd call resulted in a 75% refund as driver "attempted" to deliver! Driver didn't even exit his car to attempt a delivery! Terrible customer service. Driver was in a Blue VW Polo, but I missed the delivery!!!? Maybe get out of the car and deliver it!!

This evening was the first time I dealt with your store on the phone, usually we order via the app and are very happy with that.
However on this occasion we spent £45 on food but your driver forgot to bring the dip that goes with the cinni dippers. Therefore some £6 of desert was basically worthless. It's absolutely no good without the dip
When I called the store to advise of the error the girl who spoke to me sounded like she thought I was being utterly ridiculous for wanting the key component of this desert to be provided.
After checking with her manager she reluctantly advised you would send one out but that you were too busy tonight to be able to give any estimate of when.
The whole experience of dealing with her on the phone was exactly the opposite of what you hope to encounter when you call a business.
We place weekly orders with you and spend at least a couple of hundred pounds a month with you. We ordered a pudding and your driver forgot part of it. This should have been resolved quickly and without the condescending attitude.

The delivery took ages to come and the food was burnt and tasted awful, forgot the icing for the cini dippers but couldn?t eat time anyway as they had black burnt pieces all over it.

James, the store manager was very helpful and had amazing customer service. He had a really good suggestions for the pizzas and had really good attitude. I felt very welcomed from the moment i walked in the store.

Ordered some pizza for me and colleagues, lunchtime, midweek. When I went to collect, I saw there was only 1 girl doing everything: she was actually awesome, doing all of it so quickly. I had to wait a few minutes, so I hung around.After 5 minutes one guy comes to the cashier from the back, walking so slowly (in the background, the girl was still working like a machine, multitasking and juggling)... He asks me if I was ok, I said " yes, I am just waiting...", " ah ok", and he walks very slowly towards the back again.In the mean time the girl has made 7 pizzas, sliced them, boxed them, handed them over and took payment and run back to make the next order.I have no idea of who's managing that place, but something seems very unfair.

Shocking experience. Unfortunately I ordered a pizza which did not arrive. I paid in full over the phone yet I was denied a full refund. There was no apology offered and I found the assistant manager to be both unhelpful and rude - when I agreed to a 70% refund I was hung up on?

I ordered food on 21st January 23. After a long wait the Just eat app informed me that my food had arrived which it had not. I called the restaurant to query this and was told that the person delivering could not find my address but would turn back around and try again. After a further 20 minutes I had a call from the driver to tell me she could not find my address and was parked up by a cafe which is very close to my home. I gave her directions and said I?d be waving out of the window. I saw her drive past and waved frantically to get her attention but she drove off, I called her again and she said she could not find me so again a repeat happened until I eventually called her to tell her to return the food and I will get a refund. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund and was told it would take 12 working days. On 30th January I called the restaurant to query my refund and was told to wait for a call back from the manager. The following day a manager called me and said that I have to go through just eat for a refund. This advice would of be sufficient but the person on the end of the phone persisted to challenge me about my ?attitude? on the phone on the 21st although he was not the member of staff I spoke to, he was just taking a report from the member of staff who made this accusations and took it as gospel. I did not call the restaurant for an argument or for the 3rd degree, I was just querying my refund and was met with the worst customer service I have ever received. I am not a rude person so this really got my back up. I still have had no refund
