Service is good but serving their inferior "Winter Blend" coffee instead of the regular blend & not telling customers is not good practice. Service has drastically improved and the "Winter Blend" has gone.

Shout out to staff member Andy today. Called in with my sister and partner for lunch at 2pm. We came and selected a table before joining the queue.
