Once the issue of Probate on our purchase through Charters was sorted it was all plain sailing and during the whole process all the staff were very helpful. In particular Gwen at the Chandlers Ford branch who took over the purchase proccess was very helpfull and provided regular upadates as well as responding very quickly to all my querries. I found a property on Rightmove which was being marketed by Charters Estate Agents in Romsey and was immediately contacted by Andrew to arrange a viewing. Thomas and his colleague Andrew were extremely professional, with Thomas arriving ten minutes prior to the viewing despite atrocious weather in the forest.We secured the property the same day and I express my thanks to the team at Charters for being professional, attentive and courteous in our dealings with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Charters whether You are a landlord or prospective tenant.

Paul Mason and Grace Leamon dealt with our sale. The sale went through at great speed - less than 6 weeks from going to market to completion. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and we were very pleased with them. Paul was very knowledgable about the local area and honest with us about the market and the need to ask for a realistic price to sell. So often this is not the case and properties just sit there for months. .Paul and Grace were very supportive and communicated at all stages of the sale. The whole team at Charters are friendly and enthusiastic about making a sale and we were delighted with the service. We can highly recommend Charters to anyone wishing to sell their property.

We recently sold our house with Charters and from the first meeting with Paul Mason through to the end, everyone who looked after us has been professional, efficient, and kind. A special mention should go to Gwen Van Zyl, who was in charge of progressing our sale through to completion. To say the chain was a nightmare (through no fault of hers whatsoever) is an understatement; but Gwen worked tirelessly for months, when others would have thrown in the towel. She called me every day, even if just to check I was alright. It was one of those cases where anyone could have given up, but with tenacity and compassion, Gwen made sure everyone stayed on board until the end, and ultimately made this happen for us.I can't thank her and the rest of the team enough.

We didn't end up buying the house that we looked at with this agency but did end up using their mortgage advisor Chawley for the purchase of a different home and were very glad we did. He did a great job of educating us and working with our unique situation, was always responsive to our questions, and we would highly recommend his services!

We have recently purchased a house with the help of Charters in Romsey and from start to finish we found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, we only wish we had chosen to sell with them also!
