Overpriced. Have seen second hand items dearer than they would be new. Also heard that they do not treat their staff well. Can well believe as did not seem a friendly place to be, unlike most of the other charity shops in Romsey. Won't go there again.

Prices were a bit high. Fast fashion sold for more than it was probably originally bought for ?

A great cause. The staff were great. David in particular was very helpful. I was lucky and managed to get a parking space just round the corner to drop off some donations. Please don?t forget that charities are a business. They can only accept items that they can sell, and that may vary across the country based upon local demand. If they can?t accept some of your donations, don?t take it as negative feedback. You could try and sell it yourself on some of the popular free sites, or just accept that it is not a desirable item and take it to your local recycling centre (leaving it with the charity will mean they have to pay to have it removed as rubbish, which reduces the amount of money that can go to their good cause).

I donated 2 bags of clothes and some other odd bits and pieces to the shop today. The ladies I saw were extremely grateful for my donation and thanked me more than once. A great charity, and I will definitely donate to them again when I have my next clear out.
