Great place to shop in Romsey, nice to have a place to close by to purchase higher end clothes, electrical goods and kitchenware etc. The staff are also nice!

Nice store but too expensive for me. I use the cafe though despite the freezing air conditioning on cold days!
Disabled toilet in ladies fashion area is not assessed by those with knowledge and understanding. The unnecessarily very heavy door doesn't open fully so it's difficult if not impossible for a frail person with a rollator or wheelchair to get in or out without someone holding the door open.
Theres no coat hook! Are they expected to put their coats on the floor (not not that they would be able to bend down and pick it up)? We did request that a coat hook be put there months ago and it was promised. Obviously they have no imagination as to what it's like to manage as a disabled person.

Fabulous dress shopping experience with Sue and Mariella on the Hobbs/Phase Eight department. So kind and helpful with their combined knowledge and personal involvement with helping me find a dress. Would certainly recommend. Clothing and shop layout was stylish and eye-catching.

A good place to get gifts for people.
Has a very nice selection of perfumes, and leather jackets!

Really bad experience in the bra section brought a bra where the clip broke after wearing only 4 times.Took it back to be accused of not buying it at their store? Went to Sailsbury's store first to be told to go back to Romsey where I brought it. No sympathy no compensation just accused of not buying it there and told to go back to the company 'Fantasia'? . I spent over £100 on bras in store I will not be buying anything from there and telling people not to go to the store as poor customer service.

Had two cappuccino this morning they were luke warm. This is the third time this has happend. I tried to tell assistant quietly but she said very .loudly im sorry you should of brought it back.

I had an excellent evening organised by Smith Bradbeers making a Christmas Wreath. It was run by two lovely ladies , who advised, helped and taught everyone who attended. Coffee, tea or a glass of bubbles and mince pies went down extremely well. Definitely worth doing.

Wreath-making event November 2024
First time I?d seen an event like this in my local Bradbeers, after going to similar events for many years elsewhere. Very welcoming atmosphere with super friendly staff. Just the right amount of help offered to allow for a professional looking wreath and social time with my daughter. Generous amount of refreshments available and enough time to make the wreath with time to chat. Lots of choice of greenery and embellishments and price mid-range for area. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Please repeat this next year Bradbeers and maybe add a table decoration workshop too? ?

I came back today having popped in the day before. I purchased an excellent leather jacket. My wife was so impressed we went upstairs and she bought a lovely wine coloured wine too. Excellent price and we browsed the store afterwards. Prior to this we had excellent eggs Benedict in the cafe where we have been before. Travelled all the way from Gosport for our purchase. Love this mini department store, definitely recommend and will be back.
