Charlie, Alice and Chris were SO delightful, I actually called my boyfriend after to tell him that i had a great opticians appointment and that everyone there was so nice. Charlie got me a hot chocolate and helped me choose my glasses and we ended up picking super cute ones, I definitely wouldn't have thought about looking at dark green ones if he hadn't picked them out, so thank you charlie you're the best. They're all super friendly and know what they're talking about.

Amazing service today!! Eye test with Indy who is always excellent & very professional. Charlie did other relevant tests & helped with my frame selection & has the patience of a saint! He also makes great coffee!! Alice completed the checks & measurements. All in all a good experience.

Another high quality and personal service at Boots Opticians Romsey, particularly from Jazz and Charlie. Needed replacement glasses under their insurance scheme and it was handled immediately and fitted professionally when I collected them.

Such a great experience here. The eye test was really thorough and well explained. Charlie (and Tracy) were brilliant helping me find the right glasses and hugely patient! The whole team is friendly and supportive and you really feel like they take care of you. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
